What exists today, what does not, and the order of what comes next. No dates.
What exists
- This site, and the walkthrough you can click through.
- The design of the pool: fixed amounts, receipts, proofs, the relayer — written down, here.
- Holder access: the token opens these pages, checked by a wallet signature — no transaction, no fee. It is the only thing the token does today.
What does not exist
- The on-chain program. No address, no deposits, no withdrawals.
- The proving and verifying keys, and the ceremony that has to produce them.
- The relayer.
- Any audit.
- The deposit fee, the discount for holders, and the buy-back and burn that the fee is meant to feed. All planned, none of it running, nothing burned.
The order
- Done · Mainnet. The program is deployed at
CTHg29kf7L6TNDH5TSd3tdoZfsmP39JjyQWKmPtEY1YWand the three pools — 0.1, 1 and 10 SOL — are open. Deposit, proof, withdrawal and the refusal of a second withdrawal were run end to end against that exact binary before it shipped. - Now · The ceremony. The proving key was produced on a single machine, phase one included. Until it is redone from a public phase one, whoever held that machine's randomness could forge a withdrawal. The upgrade authority is deliberately still held so that this can be fixed.
- Then · Audit. Independent review of the circuits and the program, plus the ceremony that produces the keys.
- Last · Mainnet. Deployment, then the update authority revoked so the code can no longer be changed by anyone, us included.
No step has a date, and no step is promised. If one of them cannot be done properly, the honest outcome is that the pool never holds real money.
How to check any of this yourself
Once a program is deployed, everything above becomes public and verifiable: the program id, the code, whether the update authority is still set, and every deposit and withdrawal. Until then, every figure on this site is an example, not a measurement. Treat the whole project as unproven.
